I’m a competitive bodybuilding athlete, PCA International Judge as well as the Benelux Promotor. My passion for the sport goes far beyond the stage. I live and breathe bodybuilding, and I’m proud to be actively involved in shaping the future of it in our region.

Outside of competitions, I dedicate my time to coaching others, both through group lessons at Fanatics Gym and one-on-one guidance. I’ve also worked as a sports masseur, which gave me a deeper understanding of the body and how to train it with care and precision.

I’ve always been a firm believer in staying humble, being kind, and lifting others up. I’m always open for a good conversation, and I truly enjoy helping others reach their full potential, in the gym and beyond. 💯
